This blogsite aims to help Linux and open source users in operating and taiming this gentle beast. As we all know, Linux has evolved a lot and it is now far more easier to operate and use compared to the dark ages.

So why only now I have thought of putting up a site like this when there are already lots of other websites which offers howtos, tutorials and guides on using Open Source software. My answer? I have already did some several blogsites in the past, but this time I’ll take this one seriously (really).

Formally, let me start the About page. I am Lhan Samson, a web programmer and a well experienced Linux System Administrator (RHCE Certified). I have been using Linux OS since 2003 and an enthusiast with Open Source Applications since ever. Since the title says Pinoy Linux Discussions, you’ve guessed right, I live in the Philippines and proud to be a Pinoy IT.

Pinoy Linux Users have grown a lot that we also have our own Linux distribution, which I won’t discuss here on the About page. Let me end this page for now so you can go on your way on checking out the other parts of my blog. I’ll do some additions to this when something else comes up on my mind. For now, all that is inside is that monkey playing cymbals while doing the acrobats (yeah just like Homer’s brain). Ciao!
